Tug wing rocking?, possible control/joystick bug

I was wondering if the tug eventually releases and if so at what alt. ?. Usually I end up releasing manually as I never seem to get a wing rock signal from the tug to release.
I also noticed that when I push the stick to the right there's very little movement. While pushing the stick left gives me full range very easily. This makes tow somewhat tricky if there's any right turns. I'm curious if anyone else has the same issue.
