Thomas or someone from the SW team,
I have a few questions regarding scenery file formats.

Question 1
=======
Can you explain to me how the file numbering for the "tm??????.dat" files work?
I tried placing models using my own numbered dat file but the models don't show up unless I put them in an existing file that is at the airport I want to play with like KMEV.
The only thing I can think of is that they represent some sort of grid system which makes the numbering important based on the geographical position.

Question 2
=======
Can you explain what the model "id" in the "tm??????.dat" does?

e.g.
model {
id = 554852933
...
}

Is it just a unique identifier or does it also contain properties like orientation, visibility, etc?

Question 3
=======
What other coordinate systems (coosys) are there for a model besides "surface"?

Thanks
Paul
