I replaced my computer to a new machine. I installed hte software new on that machine.
After Installation I want to registartate the software but I got the message The software is installed allready on 2 machines and another registration is not possible.
Its true that I registrate once the Windows version and once the Linux version on my old machine.
After contactthe support I was asked to sent the old registration code. I sent it to the support but I got no more feedback.
When can I expect any further support? I payed a bunch of money for this entertaining software. And now it is not possible to transfer to a new machine.
