Tow plane breaking rope and going over on its nose

I just got my rudders peddals working, but now when I try to tow the tow plane either breaks the rope as it starts to go or noses over. The glider only moves a few meters and never leaves the ground. I do not have breaks on and no spoilers out.

Any ideas?
