- Added winch launch start method.

- Introduced more natural limits of head movement in cockpit.
- Fixed crash bug related to terrain cache. (Program crash could occur
after flying for a quite long time).
- Fixed restart option.
- Fixed crash bug on resume flight.
- Some fine tuning of flight models.

- [2] Requires updated TrackIR drivers from NaturalPoint,
which will be made available shortly.
